With an air speed of 624 km/h, the Airblade 9kJ dries hands in 10 to 12 seconds. For the first time, you can choose between 2 modes: the standard 900 W mode or an eco mode of 650 W, which reduces noise with only a minimal loss in drying speed. The unit is also economical to run.
Hygiene is key. The dryer uses cold air, which does not feel cold thanks to the high speed. The plastic contains an antibacterial additive and a standard HEPA filter removes, according to Dyson, 99.9% of bacteria from the air before it is blown onto the hands.
