Tap? Hand dryer? Two in one! The Dyson Airblade Wash+Dry hand dryer WD06 wall-mounted combines a tap and a hand dryer in a single unit. Users wash and dry their hands at the sink without walking around with wet hands. This is the wall mounting version; the Wash+Dry is available in 3 versions.
With an air speed of 690 km/h, the Dyson dries hands in about 14 seconds. It uses cold air, as heat encourages bacterial growth; thanks to the speed, the air does not feel cold. According to Dyson, the standard HEPA filter removes 99.9% of bacteria from the air before it is blown onto the hands, and the plastic contains an antibacterial additive. The unit also holds HACCP certification, making it suitable for the food industry.
Water from the hands falls neatly into the sink, keeping the floor clean and dry. Installation is a little more complex than for other models; ideally leave it to a specialist. Dyson provides a standard 5-year warranty, full option.
