The urinal uses no water and no chemicals and is odourless in use. No flushing system is needed, and because there are no inaccessible edges or corners, bacterial deposits do not stand a chance.
The patented MB-ActiveTrap consists of a transparent cap with adjustable settings, an integrated MB-Active cleaning block, a red plastic strainer and a vertically closing membrane. Urine flows through the membrane directly to the sewer; as soon as the flow stops, the membrane closes airtight and no odours can escape.
