Professional washbasins for every sanitary room (9)

Professional washbasins are made for washrooms with intensive use in offices, hospitality, healthcare, schools and public buildings. Here you will find Delabie recessed, countertop and wall-hung models, also in black. For projects or larger numbers, we are happy to prepare a custom quote.

What types of professional washbasins are there?

A well-chosen washbasin contributes to a tidy look and good hand hygiene. The main difference lies in how it is installed: set into a worktop, placed on top of one or fixed directly to the wall. All washbasins in this category are from Delabie and are part of our Sanitary & washroom fittings range.

Recessed basin: Delabie HEMI Ø 385

The HEMI is a round recessed basin with a diameter of 385 mm. You set it into a worktop or vanity unit, which creates a flat, uncluttered whole. Handy if you want to fit several basins side by side in one worktop.

Countertop basins: Delabie QUADRA and ALGUI

A countertop basin sits on top of a worktop. The QUADRA has a clean shape, and the ALGUI is available as a countertop model in black. A countertop basin stands out more and gives the room a contemporary look.

Wall-hung basins: Delabie AQUEDUTO and MINI BAILA

A wall-hung model is fixed directly to the wall, without a worktop. That saves space and keeps the floor underneath clear, which makes cleaning easier. The AQUEDUTO and the compact MINI BAILA are both available in black.

Waste plug: Delabie HYGIÉNA

Besides washbasins, you will also find the Delabie HYGIÉNA waste plug here. A waste plug is a small part, but it helps determine how easy the basin is to keep clean.

Which spaces and sectors?

Professional washbasins are found in offices, hospitality venues, care facilities, schools, sports facilities and industrial settings. In busy rooms such as schools or public toilets, a wall-hung model is practical because the floor stays clear for cleaning. In prestigious spaces in offices, hotels and restaurants, many customers opt for a countertop model or a black finish. Combine your basin with a tap, soap dispenser, paper dispenser or hand dryer from Sanitary & washroom fittings for a complete washbasin area.

What to look for

• Mounting: choose between recessed in a worktop, on top of a worktop or a wall-hung model without a worktop.
• Dimensions: check the sizes in the product details, especially in smaller washrooms.
• Tap: make sure the tap and the basin match in height, spout and style.
• Maintenance: a wall-hung model keeps the floor clear, a recessed model gives a flat worktop that is quick to wipe down.
• Appearance: several models are available in black and match Delabie's black toilets and control plates.

Frequently asked questions

What is the difference between a recessed and a countertop basin?

A recessed basin such as the HEMI is set into a worktop. A countertop basin such as the QUADRA or the ALGUI sits on top of the worktop. Both need a worktop or vanity unit, unlike a wall-hung model.

Which basin should I choose for a small room?

A compact wall-hung model such as the MINI BAILA takes up little space and does not need a worktop. Always check the dimensions in the product details.

Is the tap included?

Please check the product description for this. You will find a suitable tap in our sanitary range. If you are unsure which combination works best, contact us.
