Which urinals are available?

A good urinal contributes to a clean and fresh washroom. The choice starts with one question: do you want a waterless urinal or a urinal with flushing? Shape, material and the available space also play a part. Urinals are part of our range in Sanitary & washroom fittings.

Waterless urinals: Urimat Eco and Ecoplus

The Urimat Eco and Urimat Ecoplus work without flushing water. So no water connection or flushing system is needed, only a drain. This limits water consumption and makes installation simpler. A replaceable MB-Active Trap takes care of drainage and seals off odours.

Ceramic urinals: Urimat Ceramic 20 and Ceramic Compact

If you prefer the classic look of ceramic, choose the Urimat Ceramic 20 or the Ceramic Compact. These models also work waterless with the Urimat system. The Compact version is intended for rooms where you have less space.

Urimat Eco video urinal

The Urimat Eco video urinal has a built-in 6.5 inch LCD screen. You can use it to show images or messages, which can be interesting for hospitality venues, event locations and other places with many visitors.

Design urinal with flushing: Delabie FINO

The Delabie FINO design urinal in black is a modern urinal with flushing. Among the urinal accessories you will find a matching Delabie TEMPOMATIC 4 control plate in black and the Delabie AZA privacy screen.

Which spaces are they for?

Urinals are an efficient choice for gents' toilets with many visitors. In offices and companies they reduce waiting times at peak moments; in hospitality and at events they handle large crowds. Schools, sports halls, sports clubs and public buildings benefit from robust models that are easy to maintain. Waterless urinals are also interesting for industry, because they use no flushing water and have few parts that can fail.

What to look for

• Waterless or with flushing: a waterless urinal only needs a drain, a urinal with flushing also needs a water connection and a flushing system.
• Maintenance: with Urimat you regularly replace the MB-Active Trap and clean with MB-Active Cleaner, which is also available in a 10 litre container.
• Available space: choose a more compact version when the wall or the washroom is limited in size.
• Privacy: fit a urinal screen or privacy partition between urinals mounted side by side.
• Appearance: choose between a functional model, classic ceramic or a black design urinal that suits your interior.

Frequently asked questions

How does a waterless urinal work?

A waterless urinal uses no flushing water. The urine flows to the drain through a special drainage element, with Urimat the MB-Active Trap. This element seals the drain against odours and is replaced periodically.

Which accessories do I need for an Urimat urinal?

For maintenance you use the MB-Active Trap, MB-Active Cleaner and optionally a stainless steel strainer for the trap. You will find them, together with a dosing pump and an empty spray bottle, among the urinal accessories.

Doesn't a waterless urinal smell sooner?

Not with correct maintenance. It is important to clean the urinal regularly with a suitable product and to replace the trap in time. That keeps the room fresh.
