Scrubber dryers (2)

Scrubber dryers for professional floor cleaning

A scrubber dryer cleans hard floors in a single pass: the machine applies water with detergent, scrubs the floor with a brush or pad and immediately picks up the dirty water. As a result, the floor is dry and safe to walk on again quickly. This saves time compared with mopping and gives a more thorough result.

Which scrubber dryers are available?

• Nilfisk SC100: a compact scrubber dryer, handy for smaller areas and spaces with many obstacles.
• Nilfisk SC250: a compact model for regular cleaning of medium-sized areas.
• How it works: scrubbing and pick-up happen at the same time, with separate tanks for clean and dirty water.

Who are they for?

Scrubber dryers are used by cleaning contractors, facilities teams and maintenance staff in offices, shops, hospitality, schools, sports halls, care facilities and light industry. They are suitable for hard floors such as tiles, vinyl, linoleum and poured floors. In washrooms, kitchens and corridors with heavy foot traffic in particular, a scrubber dryer makes a real difference.

What to consider when choosing

• Floor area: the larger the floor, the more working width and tank capacity you need.
• Manoeuvrability: in small rooms or around furniture, a compact machine is more practical.
• Floor type: choose the right brush or pad and a detergent suitable for your floor.
• Frequency of use: for daily use, a machine that is easy to empty and clean pays off.
